District Leader

Will over see the efficient and profitable operation of 8 – 12 Royal Farms, many with gasoline sales. Results are measured via same store sales increases (for all products and services sold), margins (including all products and services), minimizing all controlled expenses with emphasis on the monitoring of efficient labor distribution and minimization of inventory shrinkage. All District Leaders must maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards, fast service via efficient labor scheduling and high customer relations standards, via the hiring of good, honest and conscientious employees.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year multi location management
  • 2-5 years of fast food / restaurant / retail experience

Store Leader

Achieves or exceeds standards in the areas of store cleanliness, customer satisfaction, employee relations, freshly prepared foods and controllable gross margins.

 

Responsible for all areas of operational excellence within the store.  Performs other duties as required by the District Leader.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year prior retail / customer service / restaurant experience .
  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisor role.

Assistant Store Leader

Reports directly to the Store Leader. 

 

Functions as the Store Leader in their absence.

 

Completes all training competencies and requirements in preparation for promotion to the next level (Store Leader).

 

Enforces company rules, procedures and policies at all times.

 

Executes the company mission, corporate strategy, goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year prior retail / customer service / restaurant experience .
  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisor role.

Customer Service Leader

Insures efficient operation of the entire store by teaching, coaching, mentoring and supervising all members of the stores hourly staff.

 

Supervises shifts opposite of, or in the absence of, the Assistant Store Leader or the Store Leader.

 

Provides the customers and employees with leadership acting as a member of the store management team on 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months prior retail / customer service / restaurant experience .
  • Minimum 6 months in a supervisor role.

Food Service Leader

Insures efficient operation of the stores institutional foodservice offer.

Monitors and maintains food products and equipment for peak quality and efficiency. Trains and develops hourly food service employees.

 

Performs food preparation duties.

 

Attains a food service sanitation certification through a certified training course provided for by Royal Farms.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months prior retail / customer service / restaurant experience .
  • Minimum 6 months in a supervisor role.

Food Service Associate

Responsible for producing quality food service items to all customers.

 

Responsible for food service preparation.

 

Responsible for producing food service items to the customer's satisfaction according to time requirements set by Royal Farms (must be “FAST”)

 

This is an entry level position, prior experience a plus but not required.

Customer Service Associate

Responsible for efficient cash register operations.

 

Must be accurate and maintain excellent cash controls.

 

Must be certified by Royal Farms in the “What ever it takes” customer service requirements.

 

Must be able to work the lottery machine and other customer / register related machines or equipment.

 

Must be able to enter shift information into the back office computer accurately.

 

This is an entry level position, prior experience a plus but not required.

Inventory Crew Auditor

 

Inventory Crew Auditor: 

 DUTIES:

  • Performs general administrative functions including maintaining legal compliance logs
  • Processing of claims to appropriate carrier
  • Regular contact with injured workers in regards to all claims, medical documentation and treatment
  • Regular contact with insurance adjuster in regards to all claims
  • Assist with investigation of all claims: Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Losses and Property Damage
  • Consults with managers and health care professionals to implement accommodations for return to work and light duty program
  • Maintain file organization
  • Participates and records minutes of Safety Committee meetings when applicable

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Participates and records minutes of Safety Committee meetings when applicable

Maintenance Expeditor

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Monday – Friday

(must be available for occasional overtime as needed)

 

·      Must posses knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Power Point

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Detail oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion

·      Intermediate data entry and internet navigation skills
